Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Don Toliver official merchandise; if you are not, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drop items and final sale accessories are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
